三四线城市三甲医院老年科患者对护工需求度的调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis of Demands of Senile Patients in the AAA Hospital in the Lower-tire Cities for the Nursing Workers

目的了解三四线城市护工需求及认知现状,并分析其影响因素,从而提出相应的对策,更好引导人们对护工的认知及护工相关体制的健全。方法采用自行设计调查问卷对某院的50例老年科住院患者进行相关调查。利用SPSS 22.0统计学软件建立数据库统计分析某些因素对于护工需求有无统计学意义,分析需求护工的原因及影响因素。结果目前三四线城市对护工的认知不全面,不了解人数占40.0%。经济、年龄、自理能力等因素影响着患者对护工的需求。结论护工的需求度将会越来越大,建议政府能加快健全护工培训及监管体制。

Objective To know the demand and cognitive status of nursing workers in the lower-tire cities and analyze its influence factors thus putting forwards the corresponding strategies and better guide people’s awareness of nursing workers and improvement of related system of nursing workers. Methods 50 senile patients in some hospital were given the related survey by the self -mad e questionnaire, and whether the demand of some factors to the nursing workers was statistically sig-nificant or not was analyzed by using the SPSS 22.0 statistical software to establish the database thus analyzing the demand causes and influence factors of nursing workers. Results Currently, the awareness of lower-tire cities for the nursing workers is not comprehensive, and 40.0 % percent of people were lack of the awareness, and factors of economy, age and self -care ability affected the demands of patients for the nursing workers. Conclusion The demand for nursing workers will be increasing, and the government is suggested to accelerate the improvement of training and monitoring system of nursing workers.
