地方院校大创训练实验室开放管理模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Open Laboratory Management Mode of College Students' Innovative Training

在社会各界都非常重视创新的今天,作为高校创新人才培养的重要场所——大学生创新训练开放式实验室的建设和管理也日益受到人们的重视。针对现有开放实验室在建设和使用中存在的不足,分析这些现象产生的原因,认为可通过扩大实验室建设经费来源渠道,健全经费开支管理制度,加强实验室日常管理,提高仪器共享、共建水平,提高实验室师资队伍质量建设,引入学生辅助实验室管理,提倡学生早日进实验室等措施可有效提升开放实验室的管理水平和创新人才培养质量。

Innovation has attracted great attention in modern society. Open Laboratory of College Students innovative training is an important way to develop innovative talents, so i t construction and management are paid more attention. After analyzing problems in construction and use of open laboratory, some reasons are ex-plained. In order to effectively improve the laboratory management level and the quality of innovative talents cul-tivation ,the paper suggests that laboratory construction funding sources should be expanded, expenditure manage-ment should be improved, daily laboratory management should be strengthened, equipments should be further shared and bui lt, the quality of teaching staff in lab should be improved, students engaged in supplementary work should be attracted as soon as possible.
