摘要
踏面基础制动主要用于工程车、内燃机车等轨道交通车辆,其试验工艺一直采用半自动方式进行,且与组装工艺没有实现数据连接。根据中国制造2025要求,需对踏面基础制动试验工艺完成全自动优化升级的基础上,增加信息化功能,实现试验工艺与组装工艺的数据对接,提升踏面基础制动的制造信息化水平。
Tread Foundation brakes is mainly used for engineering vehicles, diesel locomotives and other rail transportation vehicles. Its test process has been used semi -automatic way, and the assembly process does not achieve a seamless connection. According to the requirements of China 2025,we need to complete the tread foundation brakes test process fully automated upgrade.And on the basis of automation to increase information technology,to achieve the test process and assembly process data docking,and improve the level of information on the manufacture of tread base braking.
