高铜解吸尾炭加压酸浸脱铜试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对云南某黄金选厂解吸尾炭含铜高、常压酸法脱铜率低等现状,对其进行加压酸浸脱铜试验研究。结果表明,最佳试验条件为氧压0.2 MPa、盐酸质量分数5%、酸浸时间3 h、液炭比6∶1,在此试验条件下脱铜率可达90.49%,炭末率为1.9%。该法可有效缩短酸洗时间,且不用额外的添加剂,便能达到满意的脱铜效果。 Regarding present situation of the high-copper desorption of depleted carbon and the low copper removal rate by acid leaching in the atmosphere, an experimental study on the removal of copper by pressurized acid leaching was carried out in a gold plant in Yunnan. The results showed that the best experimental conditions were : oxygen pressure 0. 2 MPa, hydrochloric acid mass fraction 5% , acid leaching time 3 hours, liquid carbon ratio 6: 1. Under these experi-mental conditions, the rate of removal of copper reached 90. 49% , the carbon powder ratio being 1. 9%. The method can shorten effectively the pickling time and achieve satisfactory removal of copper without any additional additives.
