摘要
对蒸汽养护条件下不同静养时间的水泥基材料氯离子固化能力进行了研究。结果表明,在蒸汽养护和自然养护条件下矿物掺合料矿渣微粉都能提高水泥基材料对氯离子的固化能力;自然养护条件下矿渣微粉提高水泥基材料固化氯离子的效果大于蒸养条件下;蒸养条件下水泥基材料固化氯离子能力小于标养条件;蒸养6 h是水泥基材料固化氯离子最佳时间。
Chloride ions binding of cement-based materials under steam curing with different resting time have been studied. The results showed that the binding capacity of chloride ion of the cement-based materials could be improved by the addition of slag powder under the condition of steam curing and natural curing; Under the condition of natural curing, the effect of the slag powder on the binding capacity of chloride ion is greater than that under the condition of steam curing ; and the binding capacity of chloride ion in cement based materials under steam curing are less than that of the standard curing. Steam curing for 6 hours is the best time for curing chlorine ion of cement- based materials.
