摘要
以木纤维为还原剂湿法还原浸出电解锰阳极泥中的锰,以硫酸为浸出剂制备硫酸锰。通过单因素实验考察了木屑用量、浓硫酸用量、熟化时间、熟化温度、福美钠用量对锰浸出率及回收率的影响,得出优化工艺条件。在木纤维用量为20%(木屑与锰阳极泥质量比)、液固比(m L/g)为6∶1、浓硫酸用量为9.6%(浓硫酸与锰阳极泥质量比)、熟化时间为80 min、熟化温度为425℃、福美钠用量为8%(福美钠与锰阳极泥质量比)条件下,锰的浸出率为99.18%、回收率为93.12%,铅、砷的去除率都在99.7%以上。
Wood fiber was used as reductant to reduction-leach manganese anode sludge in wet process,and sulfuric acid was used as the leaching agent to prepare manganese sulfate.The effects of the amount of wood chips,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid,curing time,curing temperature,and the amount of SDD on the manganese leaching rate and recovery rate of manganese were investigated by single factor experiments,and the optimal process conditions were obtained.The amount of wood fiber was 20%, liquid to solid ratio was 6:1 ,the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was 9.6%,the maturing time was 80 min,the curing temperature was 425 益,and the dosage ofSDD was 8%.Underthese optimal conditions,the recovery rate of manganese was 93.12%,and its leaching rate was 99.18%,and the removal rates of arsenic and plumbum were both above 99.7%.
