严寒地区海洋环境下混凝土配合比设计

摘要 配合比设计是确保混凝土性能的关键,为解决严寒地区在海洋环境这一极端条件下高性能混凝土配合比的设计问题,采用针对高性能混凝土的配合比设计方法——全计算,得出项目设计所需混凝土强度的基准配合比。考虑项目所处的特殊环境,结构遭受冻融、碳化和氯离子侵蚀严重,设计混凝土的性能测试实验。实验结果表明,全计算法计算出的水胶比偏大,应在计算水胶比的公式中乘上修正系数γ,对于严寒地区海洋环境这类条件,其范围取值在0.81~0.86为宜。 ; Mix design is the key to ensure the performance of concrete, in order to solve the design issue of high performance concrete mix proportion in freezing region under the extreme condition of Marine environment, based the overall calculation, a calculation method specially for the mix design of high-performanced conceret, the mixture ration benchmark of concrete strength required for the design is obtained. Considering the special environment, freezing and thawing, carbonation and chloridion eroded seriously suffered by the structure, testing experiment on the conceret performance is designed. Experimental results show that water/binder ratio is too large, so the correction coefficient y should be multiplied in the formula of calculation of water-binder ratio, its value range should be 0. 81 - 0. 86 under Marine environment in rfeezing region.
