Research on Ta kung Pao since the Founding of PRC

《大公报》是迄今为止我国发行时间最长的中文报纸,1902年在天津创刊,目前仍在香港刊行,影响力持续至今。作为我国近百年社会发展的缩影,《大公报》无论是对新闻出版史或对于近代社会的研究均有举足轻重的作用。目前学界通过不同角度对与《大公报》相关的报人群体、专刊副刊、社评舆论、现代文学以及社会变迁等方面进行了深入探究。但是,《大公报》研究所涉及的研究领域、研究内容以及研究方法等诸多方面有待进一步深化。

Ta kung Pao is by far a Chinese newspaper issued in China with the longest history, which was founded in Tianjin in 1902, and is still issued and published in Hongkong, with great influence till now. Ta kung Pao is a microcosm of the development of Chinese society for nearly a hundred years, playing an important role in research both on the press history and on modern society. Scholars from different angles carried on thorough inquisition into journalist groups, special issues and supplements, editorial opinion, modern literature and social changes related with Ta kung Pao . Nevertheless, re-search fields, research contents and research methods as well as many other aspects involving Ta kung Pao are to be further deepened.
