摘要 从红双喜公司的成长历程看,文化之于组织创新与技术创新组合匹配战略具有极为重要的作用。文化是企业组织创新和技术创新的灵魂和纽带。人文文化是企业组织创新的灵魂,科学文化则是其技术创新的基础。组织创新为技术创新创造条件,而技术创新则是开拓和稳定市场的利器和法宝。市场占有率、利润率则是检验和评价企业组织创新和技术创新效果的唯一标准。企业文化是企业组织和技术两个创新相互匹配的纽带和基础。文化、创新、市场三者良性地相互作用,形成一个稳定的超循环链。 From the perspective of the growth process of DHS (Double Happiness Sports),culture plays an important role in combinatorial matching strategy on organizational innovation and technolog-ical innovation. Culture is the basis and link of organizational innovation and technological innovation. Human culture is the soul of enterprise organizational innovation, and scientific culture is the basis of its technological innovation. Organizational innovation creates the conditions for technological innova-tion, and technological innovation is the tool and magic weapon for developing and stabilizing the mar-ket. Market share and profitability serve as the only criterion for testing and evaluating the effective-ness of organizational innovation and technological innovation. Corporate culture is the matching link and foundation of enterprise organizational and technological innovation. Culture, innovation and the market interact with one another orderly and smoothly, forming a stable hypercycle chain.
