摘要
为了生产PBO帐篷纱,对比分析了PBO纤维的物化性能,探讨18.5tex纯PBO短纤维成纱工艺过程及纺纱工艺要点,结果表明:PBO纤维的断裂强度为32 c N/dtex,极限氧指数为68%,初始模量为240 c N/dtex,是一种高强度、高模量、高阻燃合成纤维,其成纱各项性能指标较优,能满足军用帐篷用纱的需要。
This paper comparatively analyzes the physical and chemical properties of PBO fiber and explores the yam spinning of 18.5 tex pure PBO short fiber and the points of the process. The results show that: the fracture strength of PBO fiber is 32 cN / dtex, the limiting oxygen index is 68%, and the initial modulus is 240 CN / dtex. It is a kind of synthetic fiber with high strength, high modulus,and high flame retardant. The excellent performance of the yam can meet the needs in military tents.
