摘要
为了开发出功能性莱麻纤维/灰竹炭纤维/Coolplus纤维/棉精梳混纺纱,根据莱麻纤维、灰竹炭纤维和Coolplus纤维的性能,采用3道并条平行混合方式进行条子混并,以提高原料的可纺性和混合质量。文章结合生产实践,通过工艺试验和测试,分析了纤维性能、纺纱工艺等因素对莱麻纤维混纺精梳纱质量的影响,探讨了提高莱麻纤维混纺精梳纱质量所采取的有效技术措施。
In order to develop the functional lightmax fiber/ grey bamboo charcoal fiber/ Coolplus fiber / combed cotton blended yam, based on the different fiber properties, three paralleled lines were mixed together so as to improve the spinnability and mixing quality of the raw materials. Combining the production practice and through the process experiment and test, this paper analyzes the influence of factors such as fiber property and spinning technique on the combed fiber quality of lightmax fiber blended yam, and discusses the effective me-asures to improve the yam quality.
