企业信息化应用人才培养课程体系构建——基于中国制造2025背景

On the Construction of Course System for Enterprise Information Application Talents Training——Based on the plan of Made in China 2025

中国制造2025明确了企业信息化建设的方向,同时也对复合型信息化应用人才提出了更高的要求。文章在分析企业信息化人才梯次的基础上,进一步明确了高职计算机信息管理专业人才培养的目标定位,并从政校企合作、订单培养、现代师徒制、校内仿真工厂等角度,提出了如何构建信息化应用人才培养的课程体系。

The plan of Made in China 2025 clarifies the direction of enterprise information construction, which puts forward higher demands to the compound informationapplication talents. On the basis of analyzing the in-formation talentsechelon in enterprises, this paper clarifies the target location of talent training about the com-puter information administration specialty in vocational colleges and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the course system of information application talents from school-govemment-enterprise cooperation, the ordered training, modem apprenticeship, simulation factory on campus and so on.
