摘要
通过对宁波眼镜设备行业从业人员持有国家职业资格证书情况进行抽样调查,发现目前行业内技能人才培养现状不容乐观,分析原因主要是企业对技能人才评价没有积极性。运用"成本收益分析法"经济学模型,推导出企业组织职工培训、评价需要满足的前提条件,并论证了政府在推进企业技能人才评价工作中发挥作用的必要性和合理性,在此基础上,针对性地提出政策建议。
A sampling survey was carried out on the condition of practitioners holding the national occupation qualification certificate in Ningbo glasses equipment industry. It is found that the current situation of skilled personnel training is not optimistic. The main reason is that the enterprises are not enthusiastic about the evalu-ation of the skilled personnel. By using the economic model of “cost-benefit analysis”,the prerequisite has been derived for the enterprises to carry out staff training and evaluation. The paper demonstrates that the ne-cessity and rationality of the role that the government will play in promoting the skilled personnel evaluation. Based on this, the paper also puts forward policy recommendations.
