资本市场泡沫破解中供给侧改革的思路分析 被引量：1

摘要 自2008年全球性金融危机之后,世界经济出现了明显的变化,整体局势越来越复杂.受其影响,国内经济也从原来的“旧常态”逐渐走向“新常态”,表现出生产成本不断增加、产品供需搭配不合理、资本边际效率明显下滑、资本运行存在障碍等诸多问题.这些问题都是典型的结构性问题,需要政府对产能进行调整、降低库存、削减杠杆作用,以降低产品生产成本、改善经济发展的短板,即所谓的供给侧改革.这一改革的本质是结构性改革.
