Flic蛋白的调节免疫作用及其对动脉粥样硬化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是导致心脑血管疾病的首要病理基础,以血管内脂质、纤维成分堆积、管腔狭窄、血管壁慢性炎症为主要特征,是多种重要心血管不良事件的主要原因,这些心血管事件包括:冠心病、卒中和外周血管病.随着我国经济的迅速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,严重威胁人类健康.近来许多研究表明其发生发展与机体的免疫系统密切相关,尤其是天然免疫中具有代表性的单核/巨噬细胞,有很重要的促进动脉粥样硬化的作用.此外,由T细胞影响的适应性免疫应答在动脉粥样硬化形成中也起到重要作用.通过影响参与动脉粥样硬化的免疫细胞及相关细胞因子可能成为动脉粥样硬化治疗的新手段.
