摘要
农作物秸秆是一种具有多种用途的可再生生物资源,其富含氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和有机质等。由于秸秆的化学组成复杂,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素之间又存在着不同的结合力,使得秸秆结构稳定,生物降解效果较差,利用率较低。但将秸秆进行一系列的预处理,能够破坏纤维素、半纤维素和木质素相互之间的结合力,从而降低秸秆纤维素的结晶度,提高秸秆的利用率。本文主要综述了近年来农作物秸秆饲料化的加工利用技术,旨在加大畜牧生产中秸秆的高效利用。
Crop straw is a kind of renewable bio-resource with many uses.It is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassi- um, calcium,magnesium and organic matter.However,the complex chemical composition of straw and different binding force between cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin,making structure of the straw is stable,which leads to poor biodegrada-tion and low utilization.After a series of pretreatment of straw,the binding force between cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin is destroyed,which can reduce the crystallinity of straw cellulose and improve the utilization rate of straw.This paper main-ly reviews the processing and utilization technology of crop straw fodder in recent years,aiming at increasing the efficient utilization of straw in livestock production.
