益生菌对蛋雏鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:2

Effcts of probiotics on growth performance,serum biochemistry and immune organ index of Roman chicks

摘要 本试验旨在研究益生菌对罗曼蛋雏鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数的影响。选取1日龄健康,体重相近的罗曼褐蛋雏鸡432只,随机分成A、B、C、D 4个组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C、D为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加粪肠球菌制剂、嗜酸乳杆菌制剂、乳双歧杆菌制剂。结果显示:(1)与A组相比,B、C、D组各周龄末雏鸡体重、平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)随试验进行均表现出先下降后上升的趋势,在6周龄末时达到最佳,B、C、D组的雏鸡体重和ADG分别较A组显著提高了6.9%、7.9%、6.3%和17.2%、18.7%、12.2%(P<0.05),ADFI较A组极显著提高了9.2%、13.5%、10.0%(P<0.01)。全期B、C、D组ADFI和ADG较A组分别极显著提高了5.3%、7.0%、6.4%和7.6%、8.6%、6.8%(P<0.01)。试验组各周龄的料重比(F/G)无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与A组相比,D组尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低了34.8%(P<0.05),B、C组BUN含量下降了8.7%、8.7%,但较A组差异不显著(P>0.05),其余血清生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)B、C、D与A组间的免疫器官指数均无显著差异(P>0.05),但B、C、D组的胸腺指数分别比A组提高了3.5%、12.3%、1.8%。综上,日粮中添加益生菌可改善雏鸡的生长性能。 This experiment was to study the effects of probiotic on growth performance,serum biochemistry and im-mune organ index of Roman chicks.A total of 432 healthy 1 day Roman male chicks with similar body weight were select-ed and randomly divided into 4 groups (A, B, C and D) with 6 replicates of 18 each.Group A was the control group fed with basic diet; B, C, D were the test group fed with basic diet+Enterococcus faecalis,Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobac-terium lactis.The test last for 42 d.The results showed that: (1)The weight at the end of week, the average daily feed intake (ADFI)and the average daily gain (ADG)of the test group showed the trend of decline firstly and then rise.Be the best at the 6th week,the weight and ADG of B, C, D groups were significantly increased by 6.9%, 7.9%, 6.3% and 17.2%, 18.7% , 12.2% respectively compared with the group A(P 〈 0 .0 5 ) , the ADFI was extremely significant increased by 9.2%, 13.5% , 10%.The content of urea nitrogen(BUN) of group B was significantly decreased by 34.8% compared with the group A (P 〈 0.05).BUN of group B and C were decreased by 8.7%, 8.7% respectively compared with the group A(P 〉 0.05).The other serum biochemical indexes had no significantly different(P 〉 0.05).(3)The immune organ index of test group had no sig-nificant difference compared with the control group (P 〉 0.05) ,but the thymus index was higher than the group A, in- creased by 3.5%, 12.3%, 1.8% respectively.In conclusion, diets adding in probiotics can improve the growth performance of egg chicks.
