草莓采后货架期预测模型的构建 被引量:17

Building Shelf-life Prediction Models of Postharvest Strawberry

摘要 以七成熟的草莓为试验材料,研究不同贮藏温度(4,10,25,37℃)对草莓贮藏过程中品质的影响,并以Arrhenius方程为基础,建立相关指标的动力学模型;经在不同温度下对模型的验证,相对误差在±10%内,说明预测结果良好,模型具有实用性。恒等变形后,得到货架期预测模型。在温度4~37℃范围,可根据综合模型对草莓的货架期进行预测。 The quality of seven-percent-ripe strawberry (Fragaria ×ananassa Duch) stored at 4, 10, 25 and 37℃ were studied. Kinetic models of some quality factors with respect to storage temperature and time were developed based on Arrhenius equation. These models were verified at different temperatures and the relative errors were within 10%, it indicated that the prediction results were acceptable and the models were useful. After identical deformation, the shelf- life prediction models were gained. The shelf-life of strawberry can be predicted at the storage temperature from 4 ℃ to 37 ℃ based on the comprehensive model.
