摘要
以沙特延布某项目为例,对石化工程施工中的管道焊接质量管理和质量改进方面进行了研究。做好施工准备,实施焊前、焊中、焊后焊接检验,采取排列图、因果图等工具对焊接缺陷进行统计分析,找出了主要缺陷和造成缺陷的原因,提出了改进措施,项目的工艺管道焊接质量稳定,焊接合格率较高。
By taking the Yanbu project in Saudi Arabia as an example,the quality management and quality improvements for pipe welding in petrochemical plant construction are studied. By making proper construction preparation,performing inspections before,during and after the welding,and conducting analysis of the welding defects using tools like Pareto diagram,cause and effect diagram,the main defects and the causes of the defects are identified,and the improvement measures are proposed. The process pipeline welding quality is stable,and the welding pass rate is high.
