摘要
宁波某公司600 kt/a硫酸法烷基化装置配套的30 kt/a废酸再生装置,采用丹麦托普索公司WSA湿法制酸工艺处理烷基化废酸,所产新酸返回烷基化装置。介绍了废酸下周生装置开工一年多来出现的废热锅炉管壁结垢、催化剂床层压降上升快、排放尾气中酸雾浓度高等问题,并针对这些问题采取了相应的优化措施,从而实现了硫酸循环使用,提高了经济效益和社会效益。
The 600 kt/a sulfuric acid process alkylation unit has a 300 kt/a spent acid regeneration unit. Topsoe's WSA wet process is employed to treat the spent acid from the alkylation unit,and the regenerated acid is returned to the alkylation unit. The problems occurred during the year after the startup of the regeneration unit are introduced,including the fouling of waste heat boiler tube wall,the rise of catalyst bed pressure drop,the high concentration of acid mist in tail-gas. The corresponding optimization measures for these problems are proposed,so then recycling of the sulfuric acid is achieved,and the economic and social benefits are increased.
