摘要
大学生创业胜任力"2×3"教育模型以提高大学生的创业胜任力作为核心切入点,主要由创业教育目标与创业教育实施两部分组成,创业教育目标引导创业教育的实施,且有较明确的切入点、目标导向和动态关注创业教育阶段性发展的特点。高校可以从创业课程的设置、团体辅导及户外拓展训练、自评和他评等方面,循序渐进地实施创业教育,提高大学生的创业胜任力。
The college students' entrepreneurship competency "2 x 3" education model makes improving the entrepreneurial competence of college students as the core breakthrough point. It consists of two main parts, namely entrepreneurship education goal and entrepreneurship education implement, and the former guides the latter, with clear point of contact, goal orientation and dynamic focus on phased development of entrepreneurship education. Universities can expand training to raise entrepreneurial competence of college students and increase the probability of entrepreneurial success from a set of entrepreneurship courses, group counseling, outward bound training, self and other assessment.
