梁端加强型长焊接孔节点滞回性能有限元分析

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS ON HYSTERETIC BEHAVIOR OF BEAM-END REINFORCED CONNECTION WITH LONG ACCESS HOLES

摘要 为了研究梁端加强型长焊接孔节点的滞回性能,对7个不同细部构造的节点用ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟分析。首先,对长焊接孔节点在循环荷载作用下的受力性能进行有限元模拟并与试验对比验证;然后,对长焊接孔节点进行扩翼加强并对该新型节点进行循环荷载作用下的有限元变参数分析,研究焊接孔长度的变化对该节点滞回性能的影响,最后对发现的问题进一步改进。研究结果表明:扩翼式长焊接孔节点的滞回曲线呈饱满的梭形,随着焊接孔长度的增大,焊接孔末端的应力逐渐增大,但梁端的应力也增大且基本大于焊接孔末端的应力,说明扩翼式长焊接孔节点并不能明显改善节点的受力状态;对长焊接孔节点进行梁端盖板加强后,应力水平明显降低,且焊接孔末端的应力水平始终高于梁端焊缝处的应力,说明盖板型长焊接孔节点可以有效地保护节点焊缝。 In order to study the hysteretic behavior of beam-end reinforced connection with long access holes,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the cyclic performance of the connection for 7 models with different construction details. First,the mechanical properties of connection with long access holes was simulated and validated through comparing to the experiment. Then the widened beam flange was selected to strengthen the connection with long access holes and a parametric study was performed to investigate the effect of the length of access holes on the hysteretic behavior of the novel connection. As there were still some problems,the connection was improved further. The results showed that the hysteretic curves of widened-flange connection with long access holes was plump and shuttle; with the increase of the length of access holes,the stress at the tips of access holes increased,while the stress at the location of beam-end welds grew more quickly,indicating that the widened-flange connection with long access holes could not ameliorate the severe stress state; thus the connection with long access holes was improved further by cover-plate,and the stress level was decreased obviously,and the stress level at the tips of access hole was always higher than that of the beam end,implying that the cover-plate connection with long access holes could effectively protect the joint welds.
