钢箍与角钢加固箱型钢柱的非线性有限元分析

摘要 针对某金属冶炼电炉厂房在施工过程中箱型钢柱焊缝开裂的问题,对箱型钢柱采用钢箍与角钢的加固方案。加固方案及参数包括钢箍与角钢的组合方式、钢箍与角钢间的距离、角钢的厚度和长度。为选取加固的最优设计参数,引入初始缺陷,应用有限元软件ABAQUS对加固后的钢柱进行非线性数值模拟,得到钢柱屈曲临界承载力和应力分布的规律。 Based on the problem of weld cracking of steel box columns of an electric furnace plant during the construction,the steel box column was reinforced with steel hoop and steel angle. The reinforcement parameters of the strengthening method included the combination mode of the steel hoop and the steel angle,the spacing between the steel hoop and the steel angle,the length and thickness of the steel angle. In order to choose the optimal parameters,the numerical models considered initial imperfections were established by using ABAQUS software. The influence law of the ultimate buckling load and the stress distribution were obtained.
