摘要
采用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法与盐酸相结合测定硒酵母中有机硒和无机硒的含量,并对试验条件作了优化。在优化条件下,硒的检出限为0.020 1μg/l,线性范围为0~40μg/l,通过加标回收试验,无机硒回收率为83.4%~89.7%,该方法操作简单,精密度高,回收率好,适合于硒酵母中有机硒和无机硒的测定。
The contents of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in selenium yeast were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with hydrochloric acid,and the experimental conditions were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limit of selenium was 0.020 1μg/1, the linear range was 0-40 μg/l. The recovery of inorganic selenium was 83.4%~ 89.7% through the spike recovery experiment.The method is simple and accurate, its recovery rate is good, suitable for selenium yeast in the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium
