河北省承德市开展全民健康生活方式行动干预效果研究

The research of effect of the intervention on the health life style in Chengde of Hebei

目的评价承德市开展全民健康生活方式行动工作效果,为慢性病行为危险因素干预提供依据。方法分别在开展"行动"县和未开展"行动"县采用问卷方式调查居民健康生活方式知识知晓和行为变化情况,并进行统计分析。结果开展"行动"县区不吸烟、不酗酒、心理平衡和充足睡眠等健康生活方式知晓率分别达到99.2%、96.6%、99.8%、99.4%;未开展县知晓率分别为93.4%、93.9%、96.6%、95.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.85、22.76、13.24、15.08,P<0.01)。居民饮食结构变化、自觉控油、自觉控烟、控制体重和周锻炼次数增加等生活方式持有率开展"行动"县分别为88.4%、53.6%、55.8%、51.2%和45.0%,明显高于未开展县的47.6%、6.4%、17.37%、9.2%和44.2%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=89.61、467.46、262.40、488.05、306.38,P<0.01)。结论全民健康生活方式行动可以有效改变居民不良生活习惯和减少行为危险因素,应在全市范围内推广。

Objective To evaluate the work effect of national healthy life style action and to provide the basis for the intervention of chronic disease behavior risk factors. Methods Questionnaires were used to survey the knowledge awareness about healthy life style and the behavior changes between the county which the action was taken and the county which was not. And then a statistical analysis was made. Results The knowledge awareness rate about heahhy life style such as no smoking, no excessive drinking, psychological balence and enough sleep is 99. 2%, 96. 6% , 99.8% and 99.4% in the county which the action was taken and 93.4%, 93.9%, 96. 6% and 95.4% in the county which the action was not taken, with statistical significance （x2 = 23.85, 22. 76, 13.24, 15.08, P 〈0. 01）. The holding rate of life style such as a change in diet, oil control consciously, smoking control consciously, body weight control and an increase in exercises every week is 88.4% , 53.6%, 55.8% , 51.2% and 45.0% in the county which the action was taken and 47.6%, 6. 4%, 17.4%, 9. 2% and 44. 2% in the county which the ac- tion was not taken, with statistical significance （x2 = 89. 61, 467.46, 262.40, 488.05, 306. 38, P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion The national healthy life style action can change unhealthy lifestyle habits and reduce behavior risk factors effectively, which should be popularized in the whole city.
