Zhu Ruifang is somewhat of a celebrity in Huojiagou, a village in Kezhen, a town in Wuchuan, a county in North China＇s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Why？ Many villagers consider Zhu, President of Wuchuan Jia＇nan Vegetable and Fruit Cooperative, one of the county＇s top women who got rich by developing their own businesses.
