摘要 底部结构是金属矿山采矿设计的关键内容之一。为了实现矿石安全高效的回采和提高资源回收率,针对某硫化矿中一段高品位矿体进行了钢筋混凝土人工假底的设计分析,最后提出了适合矿段的分层分条施工方法构筑人工底部结构,使人工假底施工过程及出矿过程中人员的安全得到了保障,提高了采矿效率,同时将矿石损失降到了最低,为矿石价值及品位高的矿体创造了明显的经济效益。 The bottom structure is the key contents of the mining design of metal mines. In order to ensure ore mining with high efficiency and improve the resource recovery rate,the design of reinforced concrete artificial false bottom of the high grade ore-body in the medium-high ore block of a sulphide mine is done. Besides that,the hierarchical sectional construction method of artificial false bottom that is suitable for the ore block is proposed. The practical results show that the personnel security during the construction process of artificial false bottom and mining are guaranteed,the mining efficiency is improved,the ore loss rate is lowest,and the significant economical benefits of the ore-bodies with high grade are obtained.
