水玻璃对充填体抗压强度及弹性模量影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 充填体的性能对矿山的正常开采至关重要,在充填料浆中加入一定的早强剂能有效提高充填体早期的强度,对保证矿山采充循环具有重要意义。以水玻璃掺量和养护龄期为控制变量,研究充填体抗压强度和弹性模量的变化规律。室内试验结果表明:随着水玻璃早强剂在一定添加范围内增加,充填体的抗压强度和弹性模量随龄期的增长而增大;当水玻璃掺量为10%,养护龄期为3,7 d时,充填体的抗压强度为3.02,3.67 MPa,是未掺量组的154%,118%,且未影响充填体的最终强度;10%水玻璃早强剂掺量是提高充填体早期强度和最终强度的最佳值。 The performance of the filling body is of great importance to normal mining,the addition of early strength agent in filling slurry is good to improve the early strength of filling body and ensure the normal mining and filling cycle in mine. The change regularities of compressive strength and elasticity modulus of filling body are studied by using the dosage and curing period of sodium silicate as the controlling variables. The laboratory test results show that,with the increasing of curing period,the compressive strength and elasticity modulus of filling body are increased by the addition of early strength agent in a certain range; the compressive strength can be reached to 3. 02,3. 67 MPa with the sodium silicate dosage of 10% and the curing period of 3,7 d,the compressive strength value is 154%,118% of the ones that is not added sodium silicate,besides that,the final compressive strength of filling body is not affected. The results further show that the optimal dosage of sodium silicate is 10%,which is helpful for improving the early strength and final strength of filling body to a large extent.
