儿童糖尿病初发临床特征及患病影响因素研究

Research on Primary Clinical Features and Influence Factors of Diseases of Diabetes in Children

目的探求儿童糖尿病的初发临床特征,以及发病前饮食生活习惯等影响患病的因素。方法将196例儿童糖尿患者的临床资料和调查患病前饮食生活习惯的调查问卷结果进行比较。结果 2型糖尿病患儿不同时期的BMI(体质指数)均高于1型糖尿病患儿的同期数据。结论患有糖尿病患儿多有不健康的饮食习惯,2型糖尿病患儿多有家族病史,家长应当注意纠正儿童不健康的饮食习惯,有助于降低儿童糖尿病的发生机率。

Objective To study the primary clinical features of diabetes in children and influence factors such as dieting living habits before onset. Methods The clinical data of 196 cases of children with diabetes and questionnaires of dieting living habits before disease were compared. Results The BMI at different periods of children with type 2 diabetes was high- er than that of children with type 1 diabetes at the same period. Conclusion Most of the children with diabetes have many unhealthy dieting habits, and most children with type 2 diabetes have the family history, and the parents should pay atten- tion to the correction of unhealthy dieting habits of children, which contributes to reducing the occurrence probability of dia- betes in children.
