探讨初孕妇妊娠糖尿病及产后糖尿病的发病因素

Study on Pathogenic Factors of Primigravida with Gestational Diabetes and Postpartum Diabetes

目的探究初孕妇妊娠糖尿病及产后糖尿病的发病因素。方法选取该院收治的初孕妇妊娠和产后孕妇住院患者共200例分为两个重量不同的组,每组100例,一组孕妇的体重偏胖,另一组孕妇的重量正常,分别进行有关糖尿病的各项检查。结果初孕妇妊娠及产后孕妇的肥胖一组中有35例能够糖尿病的检查中发现患有初孕妇妊娠糖尿病及产后糖尿病,初孕妇妊娠及产后孕妇正常体重的一组中有12例在糖尿病的各项检查后发现患有初孕妇妊娠糖尿病及产后糖尿病。结论初孕妇妊娠糖尿病及产后糖尿病的发病因素为孕妇的体重。

Objective To study the pathogenic factors of primigravida with gcstational diabetes and postpartum diabetes. Methods 200 cases of primigravida with gestational diabetes and postpartum diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, one group were the pregnant women whose weight was obesity, and the other group were the pregnant women whose weight was normal, and the patients were given various exami- nations related diabetes. Results The examination showed that there were 35 cases with gestational diabetes and postpartum diabetes in the obesity group and there were 12 cases with gestational diabetes and postpartum diabetes in the normal group. Conclusion The pathogenic factor of primigravida with gestational diabetes and postpartum diabetes is the weight of pregnant women.
