乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期护理疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Nursing During the Perioperative Period of Patients with Breast Cancer and Diabetes

目的研究将围手术期护理应用于乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的临床效果以及价值。方法选取该院自2013年8月-2016年8月期间收治的18例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者,采取随机数字表法的形式随机分为两组,即为参照组(n=9)与实验组(n=9),将实行该院常规护理干预的患者作为研究参照组,将采取围手术期护理患者作为研究的实验组,对比分析经不同护理干预之后两组患者并发症发生率、护理满意度等指标情况。结果经对症护理干预以后实验组并发症发生率11.11%、护理满意度100.00%等指标均显著优于参照组并发症发生率55.55%、护理满意度55.55%,对比分析两组数据发现,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者临床护理过程中采取围手术期护理具有显著疗效,可以降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,改善患者生存质量,促进患者早日康复,值得广泛应用。

Objective To research the clinical effect and value of nursing during the perioperative period of patients with breast cancer and diabetes. Methods 18 cases of patients with breast cancer and diabetes admitted and treated in our hos- pital from August 2013 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 9 cases in each, the con7 trol group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group adopted the nursing during the perioper~ rive period, and the incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results After the symptomatic nursing intervention, the incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfac- tory degree in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group （11.11%, 100.00% vs 55.55%, 55.55%）, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of nursing during the perioperative period of patients with breast cancer and diabetes is obvious, which can reduce the incidence rate of complications, improve the nursing satisfactory degree, improve the survival quality and promote the early recovery of pa- tients, which is worth wide application.
