早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on the Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Pregnant Outcome

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病患者通过早期护理干预后在妊娠结局方面产生的影响。方法选取该院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者80例,且均在2014年1月-2016年6月入院,依随机分组标准分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组和观察组分别为常规护理和早期护理干预。从妊娠合并症发生率及围生儿结局两方面入手,针对相关内容进行分析。结果针对妊娠合并症发生情况,观察组各并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组早产、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫及巨大儿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者通过早期护理干预后,在改善围生儿结局的同时,使妊娠合并症发生率降低,存在推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of early nursing intervention on the gestational diabetes mellitus pregnant out- come. Methods 80 cases of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the early nursing intervention and the incidence rate of gestational complications and perinatal fetus outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of various complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of premature, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and giant baby in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can im- prove the perinatal fetus outcome and reduce the incidence rate of gestational diabetes mellitus, which is of promotion value.
