目的分析糖尿病眼病围术期的治疗原则。方法对50例行手术治疗的糖尿病眼病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部50例患者中,术后共15例患者发生并发症,术后并发症发生率为30.0%。结论在糖尿病眼病围手术期积极控制和监测血糖水平有利于预防术后并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the treatment principles of diabetic retinopathy during the perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of patients with diabetic retinopathy were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of all 50 cases of patients, there were 15 cases with complications, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 30.0%. Conelu- siori The positive control and monitoring of the blood glucose level of diabetic retinopathy during the perioperative period is conducive to the prevention of occurrence of postoperative complications.
