妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期常见的并发症之一,其对母子健康产生严重的威胁,近年来,该病发病率逐年上升,现已越来越受到产科界的关注。然而,当前我国各地仍没有一个统一的筛查与诊断标准,虽然个学者都在积极探寻最佳的筛查范围、方法以及诊断方法,但仍存在不少争议。该文将对当前妊娠期糖尿病筛查和诊断研究进展进行综述,以供参考。

Gestational diabetes mellitus is one of the most common complications during the pregnant period, imposing the severe threatening for the maternal and child health, in recent years, the morbidity of the disease is gradually increasing, arousing more and more attentions of the obstetrics field, however, there is no unified screening and diagnosis criteria in places in our country, even though every scholar is positively searching for the best screening range, method and diagnosis method, there are still many disputes, and the paper elaborates the research progress of screening and diagnosis of gesta- tional diabetes mellitus for reference.
