摘要
某220kV输电线路悬垂金具直角挂板发生断裂事故。通过对该事故背景进行分析,结合宏观检测、载荷分析、断口扫描电镜及能谱分析的方法,从金具的连接方式、运行环境、材质状况等方面分析了该220kV输电线路悬垂金具直角挂板的断裂原因。结果表明:该直角挂板在制造时已经存在裂纹,在腐蚀介质和大风的共同作用下裂纹不断扩展,最终直角挂板发生腐蚀疲劳断裂。最后针对断裂原因提出了预防措施。
A fracture accident of the rectangular hanging plates of hanging fittings occurred in a 220 kV electric transmission line.Based on the analysis of the accident background,through the macroscopic inspection,load analysis,scanning electron microscope and spectrum analysis of the fracture,the fracture reasons were analyzed from the aspects of the connection type,operation environment,material quality condition,and so on.The results show that:there were some cracks in the rectangular hanging plates during manufacturing process;under the combined action of corrosive medium and high wind,cracks propagated constantly,and eventually led to the corrosion fatigue fracture of the rectangular hanging plates.Finally,some preventive measures were proposed according to the fracture reasons.
