The emergence of mobile APP learning form has greatly enriched the current English learning model, which is popular among the majority of learners due to its flexible and diverse form. However, petrochemical phenomenon will occur in the process of English learning. In the face of this unfavorable situation, we should conduct in-depth study from various aspects, focus on solving the petrochemical problem in oral learning process, and put forward some suggestions for improving petrochemical phenomenon of oral English learning.
