针灸结合康复技术对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响分析

Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Technique on Upper Limb Motor Function in Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:分析针灸结合康复技术对偏瘫患者上肢运动功能的影响。方法:选取本院在2014年10月-2016年10月治疗的86例脑梗死偏瘫上肢功能障碍患者为分析对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和分析组,每组43例。其中对照组给予单一的康复技术治疗,分析组采用针灸结合康复技术治疗,比较两组患者的上肢运功能情况及神经功能缺损和两组患者治疗前后的生活能力。结果:两组患者的治疗前后的FMA评分、MBI评分以及神经功能缺损评分均优于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组治疗后的各项评分优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死偏瘫上肢功能障碍患者可采用针灸结合康复技术治疗,因其具有恢复患者上肢运动功能和提高患者日常生活活动能力的优势,且尽可能将患者的神经功能缺损评分维持在正常水平,有较高的临床运用意义。

Objective： To discuss, the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation on upper limb motor function in hemiplegic patients.Method： From October 2014 to October 2016, 86 patients with hemiplegia and upper limb dysfunction treated in our hospital were selected.All the patients were divided into control group and analysis group according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single rehabilitation technique, the analysis group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation techniques.The upper limb motor function, neurological deficits condition of the two groups were compared before and after treatment, then analysed and discussed them.Result： After treatment, the FMA score, MBI score and neurological deficit score of two groups were better than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the FMA score, MBI score and neurological deficit score of the analysis group were all better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy can be used to restore the upper limb motor function of hemiplegia patient, and improve their daily living activities ability, also can maintain the neurological deficit score of patient at normal level maximally, which has high clinical value.
