Cx26在甲状腺乳头状癌中的异常表达及其临床意义

Abnormal Expression of Cx26 in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的:探讨Cx26在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的异常表达与病理分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理学参数的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对116例PTC组织、33例癌旁组织的新鲜标本进行石蜡包埋,切片染色,检测Cx26的表达,并分析其在PTC中的表达与临床病理学参数的关系。结果:Cx26在PTC组织中的表达均显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),其表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移等因素相关(P<0.05)。结论:Cx26的表达可有效地预测PTC的发生、早期转移以及预后。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the abnormal expression of Cx26 in thyroid papillary carcinoma （ PTC ） and pathological staging and lymph node metastasis.Method： A total of 116 cases of fresh specimens of FrC tissues and 33 cases of adjacent tissues were embedded in paraffin sections to stain and detect the expression of Cx26.All those were used to analyze the relationship between its expression in PTC and clinicopathological parameters.Result： The expression of Cx26 in PTC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues （ P〈0.05 ） ,The expression was correlated with tumor size, clinical stage, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The expression of Cx26 can effectively predict the occurrence, early metastasis and prognosis of PTC.
