小儿呼吸道反复感染与自身营养状况的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究小儿反复呼吸道感染与患儿自身营养状况的关系。方法:选取自2016年1-12月在本院就诊的反复呼吸道感染患儿75例纳入观察组,选取同时段在本院体检的健康儿童50例纳入对照组。根据研究对象的体重、身高和年龄,计算研究对象的身高别体重Z评分(WHZ)、年龄别身高Z评分(HAZ)和年龄别体重Z评分(WAZ),用以评估研究对象的营养状况。结果:观察组中WHZ评分小于-2的患儿有28例(37.33%),HAZ评分小于-2有25例(33.33%),WAZ评分小于-2有29例(38.67%);而对照组儿童中仅5例(10.00%)儿童WHZ评分小于-2,6例(12.00%)儿童HAZ评分小于-2,4例(8.00%)儿童WAZ评分小于-2。观察组中WHZ、HAZ和WAZ评分小于-2的儿童比例显著高于对照组(χ~2=11.535、7.321、14.520,P=0.001、0.007、0.000)。结论:反复呼吸道感染患儿的自身营养状况较一般健康儿童差,发生生长发育迟缓的比例较高。 Objective: To study the relationship between recurrent respiratory tract infection and children's nutritional status.Method: 75 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were enrolled in our hospital from January to December 2016 as the observation group.50 healthy children at the same time were selected as the control group.The height-weight Z score ( WHZ ), age-specific height Z score ( HAZ ) and age-weight Z score ( WAZ ) of two groups were calculated according to the weight, height and age of the study subjects, the nutritional status of the study subjects were calculated.Result: There were 28 cases ( 37.33% ) in children with WHZ score less than -2, 25 cases ( 33.33% ) with HAZ score less than -2, 29 cases ( 38.67% ) with WAZ score less than -2, whilethe control group only 5 cases ( 10.00% ) children WHZ score less than -2, 6 cases ( 12.00% ) children HAZ score less than -2, 4 cases ( 8.00% ) children WAZ score less than -2.The proportion of children with WHZ, HAZ and WAZ scores less than -2 in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group ( x2=11.535, 7.321, 14.520; P=0.001, 0.007, 0.000 ) .Conclusion: The nutritional status of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is worse than that of healthy children, and the proportion of growth retardation is higher.
