摘要
以某煤制烯烃项目装置甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置为背景,研究和优化了该装置关键设备主风机系统的控制方案。针对主风机运行存在的典型问题,全面系统地对主风机控制系统进行了分析,重点研究和设计了主风机防喘振控制方案,实现了主风机系统的优化控制,满足甲醇制烯烃装置生产要求,同时减少了装置事故频率,实现了节能运行。
In this paper,the Methanol to olefins(MTO)device is used as the background to study and optimize the control scheme of the main fan system of the key equipment.Aiming at the typical problems of the main fan running,the main fan control system is analyzed systematically.The main fan anti-surge control scheme is designed and designed,and the optimal control of the main fan system is realized to meet the production requirements of the methanol-,While reducing the frequency of the device accident,to achieve energy-saving operation.
