玉门油田分公司炼油化工总厂催化裂化装置于1994年11月建成投产,原装置设计规模为50万t/a,所加工的原料为混合蜡油。2004年9月为优化全厂重油加工,改善产品结构,提高全厂的经济效益。装置进行了80万t/a重油催化裂化改造工程。本次改造于2004年9月15日开始大规模施工,12月27日工程中交,2005年1月5日一次开车成功。装置运行至今通过优化操作、合理调整工艺流程,装置的各项经济技术水平日见成熟,日趋提高,各系统运行良好,装置在加工量、掺渣比、产品质量、轻收、能耗等方面已经达到了预期效果、并超过了设计值。
