对本单位醚化装置开工二十年来水洗回收系统腐蚀的案列进行了分析,查找出了腐蚀发生的原因,提出了解决腐蚀的办法。通过阻断腐蚀发生的主要原因析氢腐蚀和析氧腐蚀,减少机械磨损的方法,为提高醚化装置的经济效益创造条件。

This paper analyzes the corrosion of the washing system in the two years since the start of the etherification unit,and finds out the causes of the corrosion and puts forward the solution to the corrosion.By blocking the main causes of corrosion occurred hydrogen corrosion and oxygen corrosion,reduce the mechanical wear method,in order to improve the economic benefits of etherification device to create the conditions.
