摘要
在工艺卫生等方面管理和生产管控上,酒精发酵在发酵行业内,相对于药品发酵等行业比较粗放。生产过程中会造成染菌现象,对生产造成不利的影响。杂菌的污染对发酵的危害有:直接消耗可发酵性糖类;杂菌生命活动的产物对酵母生命活动和淀粉酶系的抑制造成了原料淀粉出酒率的下降。为了控制发酵系统杂菌感染,乙醇厂摸索和制定了一套系统联动杀菌工艺卫生管理的程序。加强生产中设备的冲洗与杀菌保持良好的工艺卫生条件,降低好氧菌污染风险。
Alcohol fermentation in the fermentation industry,in the process of health and other aspects of management and production control,relative to the pharmaceutical fermentation and other industries more extensive.The production process will cause the phenomenon of bacteria,the production of adverse effects.Contamination of the bacteria on the fermentation of the hazards are :the direct consumption of fermentable sugars;bacteria life activities of the product of yeast life activities and inhibition of amylase system caused by the decline in raw material starch yield.In order to control the fermentation system of bacterial infection,ethanol plant to explore and develop a system of linkage sterilization process health management procedures.Strengthen the equipment in the production of washing and sterilization to maintain a good technical hygiene conditions,reduce the risk of aerobic pollution.
