抗高温暂堵体系室内评价及在歧口18-1油田应用

摘要 歧口18-1油田的大多油井存在地层温度高(120℃左右)和地层能量不足特点,修井作业中会造成修井液大量漏失至地层,产生储层伤害。普通的暂堵剂对高温油井的封堵时间过短,不能满足高温暂堵要求。抗高温暂堵剂BH-ATS在120℃具有3d以上封堵能力,140℃老化1d后仍具有良好的封堵效果,暂堵后岩心渗透率恢复率在86.0%以上。抗高温暂堵剂在QK18-1油田的5D和P6井现场应用效果良好,大幅降低修液井漏失速率,作业后油井产油恢复也达到预期。 Many oil wells of Qi Kou 18-1 oilfield have the characteristics of high temperature(120℃)and low oil pressure.A lot of workover fluid will leak and contaminate the formation while workover.The usual plugging agent can not meet the requirement of high temperature oil well for it has a too short plugging time.The anti-high temperature plugging agent(BH-ATS)can plug the formation over 3 days at 120℃,and have a good plugging effect after aging 1day at 140℃.Laboratory tests show that the permeability of core samples can be restored up to above 86.0% after plugging.The applied results of anti-high temperature plugging agent,used in 5D and P6 of Qi Kou 18-1 oilfield,were good.The leaking velocity were greatly reduced by using plugging agent and the producing recovery achieved the required.
