农业种植结构等因素对河北省地下水超采的影响

Effects of Agriculture Planting Structure and Other Factors on Groundwater Overdraft in Hebei Province

以2001—2014年河北省地下水水位、农业种植结构等数据为基础,采用计量经济学方法,对河北省浅层地下水水位和深层地下水水位的影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:河北省农业种植结构、人口、有效灌溉面积、机井数量、经济发展水平等因素对地下水超采均有不同程度的影响,并提出政策建议:为缓解地下水超采状况,要因地制宜,适当调整农业种植结构;大力发展节水农业,提高水资源的利用率;控制机井数量的同时,适当控制机井深度;大力发展经济,提高经济发展水平。

This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the shallow groundwater level and the deep groundwater level of Hebei province separately with econometric method,which was based on the related data about groundwater level and agriculture planting structure of Hebei province in 2001—2014.The results showsed that agricultural planting structure,population,effective irrigation area,the number of shaft and economic development level all had different degree of influences on the over-exploited groundwater in Hebei province.According to the article,in order to control the over-exploited groundwater,we should adjust the agriculture planting structure appropriately to local conditions.In addition,we should develop water-saving agriculture vigorously to improve the utilization rate of water resources.Thirdly,we should control the number of wells,and control the depth of wells properly.Finally,we can develop the economy vigorously and improve the level of economic development.
