住宅小区物业管理服务质量评价体系研究——以重庆为例 被引量:10

摘要 基于物业管理服务研究现状,从生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求五个方面建立评价指标体系;在重庆市3个住宅小区中发放问卷调查并整理数据,结合指标体系运用模糊评价法进行综合评价,分析评价结果;在上述基础上,提出提高物业管理服务质量的建议。 Based on the research status of property management services, this paper establishes the evaluation index system from the physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs and self actualization needs five aspects. Then, carries on questionnaire surveys in 3 residential areas of Chongqing and collects the data, combines the fuzzy evaluation method with the index system for comprehensive evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, proposes some suggestions on how to improve the quality of property management services.
