复方丹参滴丸与α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills with alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸与α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将98例糖尿病周围神经病变患者均分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组给予α-硫辛酸联合甲钴胺治疗,实验组在此基础上加用复方丹参滴丸,比较两组患者疗程结束时临床疗效以及治疗前后临床症状和正中神经传导速度改善情况。结果观察组患者疗程结束后疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后自发性疼痛、四肢麻木、肢软无力、感觉异常等临床症状发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后正中神经传导速度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸与α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺联合方案治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状和神经传导速度,值得临床推荐。

Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Danshen dripping pills with alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Conclusions Combined treatment of compound Danshen dripping pills with alpha lipoic acid and Mecobalamin for diabetic peripheral neuropathy has a significant effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity, which is worthy of recommendation.
