摘要 停(备)用保养是经常被基建电厂忽略的一个重要环节。通过自身长期参与基建电厂调试经验,发现长期连续运行的热力系统腐蚀情况要好于经常停(备)用机组的腐蚀情况。文中介绍了缓(停)建基建电厂停(备)用保养方法,同时对保养方法效果进行评价,说明根据基建电厂缓(停)建类型及停工时间长短,选用相适应的保养方法,可以有效地减缓热力系统、汽轮机和空冷岛等设备的金属腐蚀,值得推广应用。 Based on my own experiences of participating in the commissioning of infrastructure power plants, I realized that the corrosion of the continuously operating thermodynamic system is lower than that of units often under lay-up maintenance.Based on the on-site situations, the half shutdown can be divided into two different types:the stopped (suspended) project after boiler hydrostatic test or the stopped(suspended) project after turbine latched and rolled. The stopped (suspended) project is indefinite with a long period, and it is difficult to be maintained without any supervision. This paper introduced the method of maintenance and maintenance of the construction of the power plant, and then evaluated the effect of the maintenance method. It showed that according to the type of the construction and the downtime of the infrastructure power plant, the appropriate maintenance method can be used to reduce the heat systems, steam turbines and air-cooled islands and other equipment metal corrosion.h is worth promoting the application.
