高血糖症的炎症机制研究进展

Reserch Progress of the Inflammation Mechanism in Hyperglycemia

高血糖症属于内分泌系统的常见病。近年来其发病率越来越高,严重影响了人们的健康,因此探讨其发病机制非常重要。导致高血糖症的因素众多,越来越多的研究表明慢性炎症是高血糖症发生发展的一个重要因素。借助分子生物学、免疫学等技术,人们对慢性炎症在血糖升高的机制中做了初步的探讨。笔者就高血糖症的炎症机制研究进展进行综述。

Hyperglycemia is a common disease of the endocrine system.Its incidence is getting higher and higher and it seriously affects the health of people in recent years.So it is very important to explore the pathogenesis of hyperglycemia.There are many factors leading to hyperglycemia and many studies have shown that chronic inflammation is an important reason in the development of hyperglycemia.People have made a preliminary study on chronic inflammation in the mechanism of elevated blood glucose through molecular biology, immunology and other techniques.The progress on the inflammation of hyperglycemia is summarized in the paper.
