纳米流体浓度对内置扭带螺旋管传热特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于纳米流体单相数值模拟方法,对纳米流体协同扭带插入物强化螺旋圆管传热特性进行模拟,分析了进口流速0.01~0.07m/s范围内,纯水以及φ(Al_2O_3)=1%、2%、3%的Al_2O_3纳米流体对内置扭带插入物螺旋圆管努塞尔数的影响。结果表明,纳米流体可以提高努塞尔数,并且随着纳米流体φ(Al_2O_3)的增大,提升效果增加。通过场协同分析,热流场和速度场的协同程度也验证了上述结果。 Single-phase model of nanofluid is used to simulate the heat transfer of helical tubes with nanofluid and twisted tape inserts.With the inlet flow rate from 0.01m/s to 0.07m/s,the effect of pure water and nanofluid of Al2O3 with concentration of 1%、2%、3% on Nusselt number are analyzed.Nanofluid could improve the Nusselt number,and the enhancement increase with the increase of the concentration of nanofluid.The above results are verified by the field synergy analysis of the heat flow field and velocity field.
